- Top 10 Ranking GVCC Giro Series (Rochester Spring sereis of races)
- First ever Nationals, last 3 years missed due to injuries/crashes...finished 9th
- Won 2 age groups at NYS RR Championships
- Won Bear Mountain RR by about 25 minutes
- Attempted the inagural Northeast Hill Climb series in New England and best the locals on their own mountains...won the overall 60+ category and a top 15 overall finish out of almost 1,000 climbers who attemped these climbs...
- 1st/Set age group record by over 3 minutes at Equinox Hill Climb, Vermont (rated 7th toughest hill climb in the country)
- 1st/Set age group record by almost 3 minutes at Whiteface Hill Climb
- 1st Newtons Revenge: 60+ (Mount Washington Hill Climb - rated #1 hill climb in the country) in first attempt
- 2nd: Allen Clarke Hill Climb: 60+ (Vermont)
- 2nd: Ascutney Hill Climb: 60+ (Vermont)
- 2nd: Burke Mountain Hill Climb: 60+ (Vermont)
- Only RR loses were in the final sprint against all nationally ranked riders
- Finished season ranked 9th in the 60-64 age category, and 2nd in NYS...(USCF Rankings)
2008 Highlights: - Top 10 ranking in GVCC March Giro Series
- 3rd Jiminy Peak RR, Massachusetts (55+)
- 1st Bristol RR, Bristol, N. Y. (55+)
- 1st Whiteface Hill Climb, Whiteface, N.Y. (50+)
- 2nd Three Villages Tour RR, Baltic, Ct. (55+)
- Bad crash at race and freak Archilles heel injury 6 weeks later kept me sidelined for 3 months, (June-August), then crash at Three Villages Tour RR, mid Sept., broke collarbone and out again for rest of season!
2007 Highlights: - Repeated as New York State Road Race Champion in 55+
- 2nd in two major hill climb races
- Seven, top 3 finishes in races in throughout the northeast
- Helped to originate/organize NYPS/LightSpec Master's 50+ team!
- No Major Crashes!
2010 Goals: - Repeat as N.Y.S. Road Race Masters Champ
- Race nationals again and actually train specifically for that type of course which I did not do last year and get a top 6 finish for the podium
- Win Whiteface Hill Climb 60+ among other climbs and repeat as 60+ overall champion in the www.hillclimbseries.com
- Work on racing strategy, power and sprinting
- Find elusive, ideal weight for climbing, power, sprinting, and endurance
- Giving as much exposure as possible to sponsors
- No More Major Crashes! Race in March Giro, GVCC, series of races and finish again in the top 10
- Race in most of Tuesday night GVCC races and finish top 10 at the end of the season - last few years have only raced in a handful of these as training/racing schedule conflicted
- Win numerous 60+ races and end season #1 in N.Y.S. and top 10 in the country in 60-64 category
- Participate in local cycling charity events and local group rides to help promote the sport of cycling
